Thanks to Dior’s talented lead footwear designer, Thibo Denis, sneakerheads have now been able to take a peek at the upcoming collaboration between the French luxury label and Shawn Stussy.
Specifically, the new collaboration takes over Dior’s B27 sneaker. This was a pretty perfect choice of silhouette given the kinds of shoes that were popular during Stüssy origins. Through Thibo’s Instagram post we got to see the pair’s heel adorned with messy and red “DIOR” branding. This “DIOR” text makes its way across the heel onto the sneaker’s crisp white midsole, all of this is then sat on top of a contrasting grey outsole.
Elsewhere on the Stüssy x Dior sneaker we see the popular overlapping “DIOR” design cover the pair’s sidewall panel. This, as well as the top of the heel and the outline of the tongue features a contrasting black leather trim. Rounding off the pair is the combination of white laces and a soft grey interior.
