Mac Miller’s breakthrough record K.I.D.S (Kickin’ Incredibly Dope Shit) has just been released on streaming services, almost a decade after its initial release.
Benjy Grinberg, the founder of Rostrum Records, first announced the news on Instagram eight months ago. He wrote, “On this 9th anniversary of the first tape that Mac and Rostrum put out together, I’m excited to announce that “K.I.D.S.” will be available on all streaming services later this year!” Although the release has been a little later than expected, fans are still thrilled to have the mixtape available again. As well as having the album available to stream, a music video for “Don’t Mind If I Do” has also uploaded on YouTube.
K.I.D.S was originally released in August 2010 and skyrocketed the Pittsburgh rapper into the limelight. The mixtape features some of the rappers most beloved tracks, like “Kool Aid and Frozen Pizza” and “Nikes on My Feet”. The follow-up tour titled the “Incredibly Dope Tour”, sold out in all of its locations.
K.I.D.S is now available to stream on Spotify and Apple Music.
