The English-American actor, best known for portraying Chewbacca in the Star Wars films, has tragically died at the age of 74 from a heart attack. Specifically, on the 30th of April Peter passed away with his family at his side while residing in his North Texas home.
This, of course, came as heavy news to many, especially those involved with the Star Wars franchise. However, Peter was valued by many who came from other circles, in fact, tributes have flooded in from those who the iconic actor helped via the Peter Mayhew Foundation, something that supports individuals and families who find themselves in crisis situations.
