Apple recently came into a whole barrage of trouble as the latest update to the tech company's operating system saw that Group FaceTime was introduced for the first time, however, things didn't go as planned as a bug arose in which users could listen and even watch another Apple owner without them even accepting your call.
Having said that, Apple disabled Group FaceTime calls to try and combat the issue, however, the privacy issue still has a chance to take place in one-on-one FaceTime calls. This means that the only option to stay safe is to disable FaceTime on your Apple devices. You can find out how to do so below.
On iPhones:
-Open Settings
-Scroll down and select FaceTime
-Toggle off the green switch at the top of the menu
To turn off FaceTime on a Mac:
-Open the FaceTime app
-Go to FaceTime on the top left of the screen
-Select “Turn FaceTime Off”
