Vault by Vans has teamed up with Tokyo menswear company, Bedwin & The Heartbreakers, for a textile-centric collaborative collection. The series uses USA-made bandanas cut at different seams to exalt the level of detail and craftsmanship and ensure no two pairs are alike.
The collection sees the Vans Authentic LX and Old Skool LX getting the Bedwin & The Heartbreakers treatment. The Authentic’s come in three different bandana colourways. Subtle pattern variations and a red foxing stripe paired with a red “Off The Wall” heel logo nods to Vans’ classic heritage. The Old Skool’s is elevated in rich blue canvas and suede, with a bandana Sidestripe and tongue.
As well as the footwear collection, the pair have created an apparel and accessory collection. Consisting of a white, short-sleeve logo tee, all-over patchwork bandana short-sleeve tee and a grey pullover hoodie with “Off the Wall” text printed on the front. To top it all off, the collection features a classic bucket hat in two colourways – blue bandana and multi-coloured bandana.
