Following the ’80s-themed revamp of Verdansk, Call of Duty are looking to introduce a crossover event that sees two if era’s greatest action heroes make their way to the game. Specifically, we can expect not only Die Hard‘s John McClane, but First Blood‘s Rambo.
Although not much is known regarding the forthcoming update, people have speculated that new game modes and missions will be arriving alongside the character models. As you can imagine, the modes and missions will be reminiscent of the two iconic characters’ stories.
A tweet from the franchise’s official account says that the new content will available on the 20th of May.
