Sean Wotherspoon’s upcoming Adidas Originals ZX 8000 SUPEREARTH shoe has been on the radar for many months. After news that the shoe would be releasing in March was proven false; an official release date has been set for the shoes.
The SUPEREARTH shoes fall under Adidas Originals sustainable line and feature patchwork-esque uppers, created from a heavy mix of materials. Wotherspoon’s take on the ZX 8000 silhouette features textured cotton fabrics, tartan check print, Three Stripes and the bold use of embroidery to create a scrapbook feel.
SUPEREARTH and SW branding can be found on the heel and tongue of the sneaker. Adidas tags can be found on the toebox and all over the medial side, we see multi-coloured Trefoil logos.
