The American hip-hop boy band that is BROCKHAMPTON have just dropped a new single, “BUZZCUT,” on which they work with none other than the American rapper and songwriter, Danny Brown.
The cut is the first we have heard from the group in quite a while, with the last release of their coming in the form of since 2019’s ‘GINGER.’ As for what to expect, the three-and-a-half-minute song boasts BROCKHAMPTON’s signature high-paced sound. Specifically, hard-hitting drums, deep bass and a unique production style off a good foundation for the rappers to work on.
When it comes to the visuals, they were directed by Dan Streit and produced by Grin Machine. The group’s very own Kevin Abstract was responsible for the creative direction. Consequently, we see a mix of live-action footage and 3D animation, all of which reflect the same chaotic energy that the music provides.
