Spotify has obviously been doing something right as the music-streaming service has been battling for the number one spot with Apple Music for the last couple of years. However, their most recent update could be one of their most well-received, consequently making some question whether it’s enough to change the tides of their ongoing battle with Steve Jobs’ brainchild.
As for what to expect, the latest update sees the app now utilize a more social approach, in which users can now work with their friends to create playlists, queue songs and just generally control the music together. As of yet, the new features are only available to Spotify employees, however, due to the positive reaction that the idea has received it will likely be making it’s way to all devices as soon as it’s ready.
Take a look at the tweet below and stay tuned for any updates.
