Oxnard’s very own multi-talented artist, Anderson .Paak, not long ago came out swinging with his fourth album, Oxnard, not long ago. That’s why it surprised many of fans to hear that the creative and Dr. Dre-mentee was planning on dropping yet another project just a few months after his last.

Well, off of that album we have a brand new single titled “King James”, a song in which the .Paak lays down his voice upon a lively and funk-filled beat that could possibly give us an idea as to what direction this next album will take. Specifically, the 11-track album will feature guest verses from André 3000, the late Nate Dogg, Smokey Robinson, Brandy, Jazmine Sullivan, Lalah Hathaway and Sonyae Elise.

Take a listen to the new cut below, if you like what you see then you are in luck as Ventura is set to drop on the 12th of April.
