Ever since the release of Avengers: Infinity War and its ridiculous cliff-hanger everyone’s eyes have been peeled in order to catch any info on the movie’s upcoming follow-up film. Well, we might be in luck as the Marvel cinematographer, Trent Opaloch, could have potentially leaked the 4th Avengers’ title through his credits listing.
Specifically, Opaloch added Avengers: End Game to his list of work before changing it to Avengers 4 shortly after, making many believe this was, or still is, going to be the film’s official title. However, there are still some who question whether this is indeed the title, and for good reason.
As for why you wouldn’t believe this slip up revealed the actual title, back in May the co-director of the film, Joe Russo, completely denied the film’s title would be based on any of the dialogue that appeared in Avengers: Infinity War, and as Dr. Strange tells Tony Stark they are “in the end game now” many people still deny this was ever going to be the official title. Unless Russo was lying of course. Take a look below at a screenshot one user took of Opaloch’s credits listing before it was changed.
