London-based streetwear brand Palace and innovative denim label Evisu have again joined forces for their highly anticipated third collaboration. This time, the collection pays homage to the influential role that Evisu played in London’s club scene during the late ’90s and early 2000s, resulting in a vibrant and stylish capsule that’s sure to turn heads.
The collection features a range of standout pieces that capture the essence of the time period. Denim takes centre stage with iconic shapes featuring aesthetic twists such as cherry blossom embroidery that adds a touch of flair to the classic styles. Camo denim. also makes a bold statement in the collection, with logo pockets adorning jackets and trousers for a trendy and eye-catching look.
But it’s not just about denim in this collaboration. The collection also includes a 100% Lambswool Cowichan knit cardigan, which pulls jacquard from Evisu’s archive, adding a cosy and nostalgic touch to the lineup. Engineered T-shirts featuring cut and sew Evisu logos and classic heart iconography add to the mix and hoodies with twill applique for a cool and contemporary vibe. Rounding out the range, trucker hats with embroidery and dual iconography add the perfect finishing touch to complete the streetwear look.
To celebrate the collaboration, Palace and Evisu have created a short film that features Palace’s pro skateboarders Rory Milanes and Charlie Birch, as well as British club icons DJ Anz, Grime MC D Double E, and the Heartless Crew. The film showcases the intersection of street culture and fashion, highlighting the unique and influential role that Evisu played in London’s club scene.
