Professional Skateboarder, Lizzie Armanto has released her first pro-model skate shoe with Vans. The female skater is the first to release a signature skate shoe designed by a woman in 20 years.
The Lizzie, as they have been adequately named, have been designed with a slimmer fit tailored to Armanto’s foot shape. They feature a leaner outsole for a closer connection to her board and improved flexibility. They also sport a new low-profile footbed. The shoes have been built with a lower profile sidewall foxing tape, exposed outsole edge and flex grooves for a broken-in-type feel. The shoes also feature Vans 3D Embossed Duracap for enhanced kicks and durability. Vans have also implemented their fresh micro-waffle treading and Sick-Stick™ rubber gives the wearer a premium grip.
Available in a greyish-white hue colourway, The Lizzie's have been detailed with Armanto’s initials on the tongues as well as her name on the heel flaps. Dropping alongside the shoe we get a black knit tank, melon-coloured short sleeve mini tee, bucket hat, crew socks and a waist pack.
