The French high-end luxury fashion house that is Louis Vuitton have released a set of Louis Vuitton x Nike Air Force 1s. The shoes, which were crafted by the late Virgil Abloh, will have their sale’s proceeds go to the Virgil Abloh “Post-Modern” Scholarship Fund.

The fund was set up by both Abloh and the Fashion Scholarship Fund in order to “support the education of academically promising students of Black, African American, or African descent.”

As for the shoes, they were sold via Sotheby’s and often saw a winning bid around the figure of $73,370. Having said this, everyone knows that the price of shoes can vary wildly depending on how sought after the size is. Well, we saw this playout to the extreme after the size 4 (UK) shoes went for around triple the price of the rest. Specifically, the most expensive auction finished with a price of £258,855.

You can take a look at the shoes above, you can find out more about them via Sotheby’s website.
