Dr Martens is teaming up with Atmos for a new Anime inspired collaboration. It is the second time the pair have joined forces to bring us a one-of-a-kind reimagination of the Dr Martens Tarik boot.
The boot features a brand-new outsole and is constructed with an upper of iconic Smooth leather, velvet and TPU detailing. A mixed-material aesthetic gives a premium-yet-experimental edge. Clashing textiles and colours create a sartorial storyboard of anime influences, reflected through our first-ever, unique overlayed zip, the mashup of houndstooth detailing and contrasting ski hooks and silver eyelets.
A dual-branded clear TPU bubble logo is featured on the tongue, which is bound by Atmos branded lace keeper webbing. Brushed silver eyelets and ski hooks are woven with a red and white braided toggle lace, complementing the footbed. The boot is finished with an overlayed zip, iconic yellow welt stitching and stands on a smoky outsole.
The Dr Martens X Atmos collaboration will be available from the 21st of August from the Dr Martens Website. You can check out their handiwork below.
