You can’t talk about UK skateboarding without mentioning Blondey McCoy. Previous Palace team rider, founder of Thames and now, Adidas team rider with a signature shoe in multiple colourways.
It has just been announced that his shoe, The Blondey Superstar, will be releasing in a brand-new colourway – Starlight Blue. The shoe features the signature Blondey see-through Upper; with a light blue tint to it. The shell toe cap and sole are both made from a durable black rubber while the three stripes and heel plate are made from black faux leather. The shoes come with bold red laces and you can see “Blondey” Printed on the upper in gold.
The shoe is being made available from the Thames Website via a raffle system, “to ensure that the distribution of these shoes is fair.” The raffle will close at Midnight G.M.T on Friday 18th December.
