The German sportswear conglomerate that is PUMA recently turned their focus to the Chinese streetwear brand ATTÈMPT. The two have teamed to produce a collaborative collection of footwear, apparel and accessories.
The collection takes on the theme of “hacking the archive,” merging both classic and progressive PUMA styles with Attèmpt’s signature minimalist and functional designs. Consequently, the duo has now created an array of pieces, all of which utilise technical designs, attention to detail and a tonal colour palette. Having said this, bold colour pops are seen throughout, most often in orange.
As well as this, a number of PUMA footwear silhouettes appear in the collection, including the RS-2K, Oslo Pro, Style Rider, and Centaur. The pairs have been revamped with a mix of natural materials and technical details. Some of the materials used include the likes of nylon, silky and hairy suede, reflective formstrips, rubber, neoprene and more.
