After already catching the attention of many with her tracks ‘Here’, ‘Golden’ and ‘Over’, the Dublin-born, Paris-based singer-songwriter and producer Shiv is back again.

Today Shiv dropped a brand new track, ‘You and I’, a cut which comes straight off of her upcoming EP. The song boasts a soft and comforting sound, something which will be welcomed by many with the rainy days to come.

While speaking on the track Shiv stated: “When I wrote this, it felt like it was a love song about one person giving more than they’re getting in a relationship,” adding: “In the context of the EP, however, this to me is about the strange intimidation that I manifested towards my creativity. This song talks about the fear that comes up, the fact that you can’t push your creativity, you need to allow it to come to you.”
