Infamous fashion designer, Sean Wotherspoon, has given us a sneak peek at his upcoming collaboration with Adidas. The colour connoisseur uploaded a picture of the upcoming Adidas Superstar to his Instagram yesterday.
The post shows a birds-eye-view of the iconic Superstar silhouette. We can see the tongue of the shoe, showcasing an embroidered “Super Earth” emblem, as well as pastel pink and baby blue eye stays. We get a limited view of the upper, but we can see some embroidered flowers as well as a sketch-like Adidas logo printed on.
The shoe is designed to be as environmentally friendly as possible and In a separate post, showcasing the lases and insole, Wotherspoon writes, “100% recycled paper laces, cork insole with recycled composite padding, you get a small look at the rubber sole made from 10% recycled waste rubber, sock liner is made from recycled ortholite material, I could go on and on! Not to mention the entire sneaker is 100% Vegan friendly”
