Over the 30-year lifespan of the Air Max 90, the silhouette has undeniably become one of the most successful sneakers around, becoming a staple shoe for many sneakerheads around the world.
Well, to celebrate the model’s successful run and 30th anniversary, the global sportswear giant that is Nike have focused their attention on producing a range of new Air Max silhouettes. With the capsule containing the all-new Air Max 2090, Air Max 90 FlyEase and the women’s exclusive Air Max Verona, it is already getting those who are fans of the brand excited.
Firstly, the Air Max 2090 looks to bring the renowned Air Max 90 into the current year, fusing key elements of the classic model with more modern-day features. Consequently, the shoe remains recognisably an iteration of the Air Max 90 but with new exciting details such as transparent panels, newer and more flexible textiles, and even a larger air unit.

Consequently, it pretty much mimics the original Air Max 90 build but has opted to include a flexible and collapsible heel. Similarly to the first pair, it also has seen a revamp of materials, crafting it with more durable yet comfy textiles.
