The global sportswear conglomerate that is Nike finally released a number of official images of the upcoming collaboration between Dior and their child company, the Jordan Brand.
As for what we see, the duo has put their brains together on a capsule collection named “Air Dior”, in which we see this title branded on a number of notable pieces such as tees, shorts, jackets, bucket hats and most famously on Nike’s Air Jordan 1 High OG silhouette.
To be more precise, a minimalist style combined with muted hues has been combined to produce a clean and highly sought after aesthetic. Also featuring suits, MA-1 bomber jackets, grey suede hoodies and even cashmere sweaters, the range has become one of the scene’s most successful collabs in recent times.
Within a statement released by Nike, the brand said that: “these pieces bring together the House’s exceptional tailoring expertise with a 1980s American sportswear feel inspired by the legendary Michael Jordan.”
