The renowned Canadian-American actor, comedian, impressionist, screenwriter, musician, producer, artist, painter and cartoonist that is Jim Carrey recently had a number of his recent works displayed at an exhibition taking place in the Phi Center Montreal.

As for what to expect, as a part of his “This Light Never Goes Out” project, the iconic entertainer focused on producing an array of politically-charged cartoons. Specifically, the likes of Trump, as well as various other political figures are depicted in Carrey’s now-signature style of trippy finishes and unnerving colour schemes.

Phoebe Greenberg, the founder and director of Phi, had this to say about hosting the paper-based pieces of work: “We have the privilege of presenting Jim Carrey’s delicate collection of paper drawings depicting his outrage at the current political climate since the inauguration of the current president of the United States.”

Take a look at a few works done by Jim Carrey below, if you like what you see then head to Phi Center’s website for more details. On the other hand, you can visit the exhibition from now until the 1st of September.
