Nike and the American artist, creative director, content creator, designer and DJ that is Heron Preston have recently joined forces in order to fuse two of the most beloved Air Max silhouettes, and consequently, we have been given a shoe perfect for the warmer months. In fact, the upcoming sneakers came into existence thanks to Nike’s “HERON PRESTON BY YOU” venture that is set to kick off during Milan Design Week.
As for what to expect from the pairs, most notably they arrive boasting a translucent upper that rocks either a blue, orange, green or pink hue. Consequently, when it encases the white mesh sneaker beneath it creates a sleek and unique colourway, the only exception to this being the all black pair. As well as this, the collab features two forms of Nike’s Air Max bubble within the sole unit depending on what pair you buy. Last but not least, Nike’s Swoosh lands in various places across the shoes while Preston’s sits simplistically on the tongue, surrounded by reflective detailing to give the collab a premium finish.
