Excitement has been growing ever since the news was released that the renowned American professional basketball player that is LeBron James will be featured in a sequel for the iconic Looney Tunes movie, ‘Space Jam’.

Unfortunately, not many details regarding the film have been revealed since then, having said that, it looks like things are about to change, starting with the announcement of the film’s upcoming release date.

Specifically, a poster was shared via Maverick Carter’s SpringHill Entertainment Twitter account, on which a retro aesthetic showed TuneSquad jerseys adorning James and his teammates, Lola and Bugs Bunny. Alongside this sat a caption, saying: “July 16, 2021.”

So, with filming starting this summer we are going to have to sit tight for the movie’s release.
