The American actor, producer, and retired professional wrestler, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, could be set to return to the wrestling scene after an 2 year break from the action. Specifically, in an episode of the Barnburner’s Fired Up podcast the rumour is discussed that ‘The Rock’ is close to signing a deal with WWE that would see him appear on the 1000th episode of ‘SmackDown.’
As for what would go down, the event that will take place at the Capital One Arena in Washington, DC, is already set to see the return of one renowned wrestler, The Undertaker, so it wouldn’t be impossible to imagine that the World Wrestling Entertainment group are preparing a fight between the two wrestling legends, I guess we will just have to wait and see.
