Frank Ocean Hints at a New Album Dropping in 2018

0

Although Blonde and Endless technically dropped in 2016, it seemed like it wasn’t until the spring and summer of 2017 that they really had their full impact – this was probably due to the number of shows Ocean did in this time period. Since then he has been going from strength to strength with the release of his standalone tracks ‘Biking’, ‘Lens’ and ‘Provider’. It has been arguably the best year to date for Frank Ocean and that’s why we got excited when he stated:

“If you liked two thousand and seventeen then you’ll love two thousand and eighteen.”

This paired with the fact that he took to Tumblr to let us know that he has already made an album makes us hopeful that there is one scheduled for 2018. Specifically, the artist wrote this:

“‘Well! I made the album before 30. I just ain’t put that b*tch out!’ – quotes from an interview I haven’t given haha.”

Qatar’s Fifa World Cup Stadium Is to Be Made of Shipping Containers

0

Before we know it the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar will be here and the Fenwick Iribarren Architects have given us some news that can make us look forward to the whole event just a little bit more. Their plans for an eco-friendly, flexible stadium that can sit up to 40,000 people have been revealed and the best part is the entire structure is built entirely from shipping containers.

The stadium’s modular design allows for the structure to be reassembled into different forms in order for it to be suitable for various events. Furthermore, the stadium will be located on the Doha waterfront and is aimed to be finished within the next three years so we should be seeing it take shape soon.

For more information on the stadium take a look at the video or images below.

The Official Trailer for ‘Avengers: Infinity War’ is Here

0

Marvel have finally released the official trailer for the upcoming ‘Avengers: Infinity War’ film and it looks absolutely ridiculous (in a good way). The movie, which has been having its foundations set since the release of Iron Man back in 2008, will see the biggest accumulation of Marvel characters ever seen on one screen as they face off against Thanos and his Infinity Gauntlet. To view the trailer, look below.

Post Malone Releases Music Video for ‘rockstar’

0

Post’s latest hit ‘rockstar’ went 2x Platinum in the US and has been chilling at the number 1 spot on the Billboard Hot 100 for the best part of two months. That’s why it’s surprising we have had to wait this long for an accompanying video, but anyway, it’s here now! Directed by Emil Nava, the Kill Bill-esque video features Austin and 21 Savage fighting kung-fu-style with swords, glasses and bare hands until there is no one left but a pair of bloody artists. Take a look at the video below.

Pixar Drops ‘The Incredibles 2’ Teaser After 13 Years

0

Pixar first introduced us to the Parr family back in 2004 and now 13 years later we are set to see a highly-anticipated return. Although there has been a 13-year gap, the sequel will pick up right where the last one left off with Mr. and Mrs. Incredible’s infant son Jack-Jack being the focus of the trailer. As for Jack’s powers, he is seen shooting fireballs and lightning, blasting lasers from his eyes and morphing – which seems as OP as an AWP.

Get ready as ‘The Incredibles 2’ is set to be released next summer on the 15th of June, 2018.

Ireland Set to Use Cannabis to Relieve Pain for the First Time

0

An individual experiencing constant pain has been given the go-ahead to use Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) for a three month period in Ireland. Although this is the first time THC has been used as a pain relief in the country, it’s actually the second time the use of THC has ever been authorized in Ireland, with the first time being last year to try and reduce a 3-year-old’s severe epileptic fits.

However, CPI’s (Chronic Pain Ireland) guidelines state that a patient taking THC does not smoke the substance, but instead is expected to take it with tea or through vaping. However, it’s possible we could see a wider form of legalization if this 3 month period has a successful affect on the patient.
