Dr Martens is joining forces with Japanese brand, Needles, to bring us their own take on the 2976 Chelsea boot. The collection is a combination of Needles’ old-school Americana and Dr Martens’ classic British DNA.
The 2976 Chelsea boot has been reimagined by Needles in an unorthodox manner. The boots – available in both black and cherry red – both feature Needles’ trademark ‘Papillon’ butterfly above the usual yellow stitching that Dr Martens provides. Both boots are detailed with a Needles tassel at the front, in brushed silver on the black boot and antique gold on the cherry red. Both boots are then completed with a dual-branded sock liner as well as a black and yellow heel loop.
