Compton’s very own musician, singer, songwriter, and record producer, Steve Lacy, has offered fans one last project before 2020 comes to an end.

As for what to expect, the project titled ‘The Lo-Fis’ arrives with 25 minutes of material Lacy created when he was younger. Specifically, the 15-track project consists of a variety of tracks, all of which were either a part of old demos, leaks or Soundcloud releases.

As you can imagine, the majority of the music that is offered was created by Steve when he would have been a teenager. Consequently, an 18-year-old Steve Lacy can be seen on the album cover, along with a few other notable images from his younger days.

You can stream Steve Lacy’s ‘The Lo-Fis’ below, via Spotify or Apple Music.
