Images of a new iteration of Jordan Brand‘s Air Jordan 1 High Zoom Comfort have just made their way online. The latest colourway, titled “Bayou Boys,” was inspired by Zion Williamson and New Orleans’ swampy bayous.

As for what to expect, the “Bayou Boys” adds a variety of tones and textures to what is a pretty classic and traditional look at this point. Specifically, the construction consists of purple leather overlays, black suede collars and toeboxes and quarter panels made from a washed grey and black textile. On top of this sits more suede, this time in the form of a subtle black Swoosh.

On top of all this comes the fine details. For example, the previously mentioned leather sports an embossed crocodile-skin pattern. Last but not least the pair are rounded off with a deconstructed tongue and collar, both of which show exposed foam in a contrasting white.

Take a look at the Air Jordan 1 High Zoom Comfort “Bayou Boys” below. If you like what you see then head over to Nike’s China-based outlets. They will set you back ¥1,199, approximately £145.
