It wasn’t long ago that Kanye West revealed his YEEZY slide to the world. However, despite that adidas and YEEZY have revealed yet another option for slide-wearers.
Although these updates haven’t been confirmed by either brand, the usual sneaker-leakers that are PY_LEAKS shared a release date for the YEEZY 450 slide. As for what to expect from the 450 Slide, the pair stays true to the classic YEEZY aesthetic. Having said this, the foam-based slide boasts a type of construction that is unlike anything we have seen before.
This iteration, titled “Ophani”, sees a clean white colour takeover the whole surface area. Interestingly, the upper portion of the slide features a web-like design, attached to the sole unit in a way that allows a one-piece construction. This sole unit in itself rocks something new, using five rounded ridges and a wavy grip pattern to offer comfort and function.
