2020 will go down in history for many reasons. For sneakerheads it’ll be known as, ‘the year of the Dunks’ and Nike are showing no signs of slowing down the Dunk train – especially with the latest ‘Lemon Wash’ colourway.
The Nike SB Dunks have been at the forefront of the resurgence. Collaborations with big names, such as Travis Scott and Medicom Toys have further solidified their 2020 status. That said, the latest ‘Lemon Wash’ shoes are not SB iterations of the silhouette.
These new Dunks are concentrating on sustainability – being part of Nikes, ‘Move To Zero’ initiative. They’re made from recycled canvas and decorated with various prints and patterns like tie-dye, polka dots, flowers and stars. The Swoosh, sole, laces and heel are all presented in a Lemon-yellow hue.
