The American skate brand that is Vans have recently directed their attention away from apparel and footwear and instead to music, consequently partnering with the streaming giant, Spotify, for a new project.

As for what two companies have worked on, the duo has looked to promote new emerging artists as well as already-established ones via a new personalised experience.

Specifically, Vans “Off the Wall” Wednesday is a new feature that has Spotify produce a unique playlist for each individual that takes part. This playlist is curated via the combining of each persons’ listening interests with Vans’ over 50-year history of artist collaborations and roster of performances.

Some of the artists included in the playlist at launch include Idles, Cautious Clay, Wallows, Gouge Away, Cuco, Tierra Whack, Quicksand and Anderson .Paak, however, each week new creatives may come and go. If this sounds interesting to you then make sure you head over to the Vans “Off The Wall” Wednesday website to take part.
