The much talented British rapper that is Blaine Johnson, more commonly known as Cadet, tragically passed away at the age of 28 in the early hours of the morning after the taxi he was travelling in was unfortunately involved in a serious crash near the Staffordshire area.
Specifically, while travelling to a gig at Keele University the creative's taxi was involved in a horrific crash but at this time no more details are known than that. However, what we do know is that the rapper will be whole-heartedly missed, in fact, hundreds of tributes and messages have already been published online and many more are to come.
Krept, who is the cousin of Cadet, has of course been hit significantly, while organizations such as Radio 1Xtra, Wireless and even the NHS have also sent their thoughts and prayers. In fact, Wireless has stated that they will not be finding a replacement act for the set he was planning to do this summer at the festival, instead, they will allow it to be used as a place for fans to pay tribute.
Rest in peace.
