Philidelphia’s very own rapper, singer and songwriter, Lil Uzi Vert, recently appeared in a new Nardwuar interview, and even for the standards of the Canadian interviewer, it got weird.
Specifically, in the video, we saw Nardwuar approach the rapper before doing his usual routine of offering gifts and blowing the interviewee’s mind by bringing up details that were seemingly impossible to know. Well, consequently Lil Uzi Vert was properly freaked out, this was probably not helped by the fact that the rapper was likely on ecstasy as he was asking about the laws surrounding the drug during the interview.
As for what happened from here, Nardwuar mentioned “Guns Garcia,” leading to a scared Uzi to mutter “he knows too much” before making a comical dash for the exit. After chasing Uzi through the Pacific Coliseum, Nnardwuar finished the interview through Uzi’s car window before the creative persuaded him to do his signature pause to allow him to get away.
