Drake and Ninja famously took over headlines not long ago after the two played Fortnite together, well yet again the duo are in the news, however, this time it isn’t quite for the same reasons. Specifically, the story starts when the Canadian rapper, singer, songwriter, record producer, actor, and entrepreneur had his Epic Games account, Duddus647, hacked during Thanksgiving weekend.
Shortly after this, in a completely unrelated sequence of events, Ninja started his charity live-stream which was raising money for the Ellen DeGeneres Wildlife Fund. During the charitable stream, the hacker, who Ninja assumed was Drake, sent the Twitch streamer an invite, shortly after this the user joined and finally spoke, repeatedly using the n-word causing Ninja to log off and say: “that’s not Drake.” Consequently, Ninja went on to say: “I’ll be sending [Drake] a message and letting him know, that his account was hacked,” adding: “I’m going to report that guy to Epic, and hopefully they can do something pretty serious about that.”
Despite, the antics that took place, Ninja went on to raise a whopping $52,000 in 9 hours so I guess we can still class the whole event as a great success. You can watch the stream below.
