Back in the summer the American rapper, record producer, and music video director, Tyler, The Creator, debuted via a music video his very own label’s collaborative footwear offerings with the renowned Japanese brand that is Suicoke. However, after news of the collaboration started to run dry many fashion and streetwear enthusiasts began to lose hope that the pairs will ever see the light of day, that is until the partnership’s official collaborative sandals were unveiled for the first time in full via Golf Wang’s official Instagram account yesterday evening.
As for what we know, two different versions of the KAW-CAB sandals have made an appearance, the first arriving in “Mocha” and the second in “Lemon Yellow,” no matter which you cop it will feature two adjustable velcro straps as well as a modular footbed grant that has been expertly designed to provide a premium level of comfort of the wearer. When it comes to the build, the pairs turn to mesh for the upper while soft suede can be seen elsewhere.
