Following the American actor, comedian, writer, director, rapper, and DJ, Childish Gambino, also known by many as Donald Glover, dropped the animated video for “Feels Like Summer,” adidas Originals made their very own animated short in order to show off the duo’s new partnership. Specifically, the German clothing conglomerate welcomed the 29-times-awarded creative to its ambassador team shortly after Kylie Jenner also announced her partnership ahead of its Falcon campaign.
As for how adidas Originals shared the news, the animated clip sees a style similar to that which made up the whole “Feels Like Summer” video, and picks up where the original video left off as Gambino returns home to remove his shoes and replace them with a handy pair of adidas sneakers.
